It is imperative for the staff to know in advance who will be in attendance in order to prepare the drill properly. Any student unable to attend their drill session is responsible for finding a replacement for their group lesson or the drill fee will be forfeited. If Atlanta Tennis Academy receives 24 hours advance notice, a staff member will assist in finding a replacement. However, the ultimate responsibility still lies with the student. If a student does not call to look for a replacement, he or she will not be allowed to make-up the missed lesson. Make-ups will be allowed only for an illness or a family crisis and only with advance notice.

SPECIAL NOTE: The staff is very flexible about make-up lessons. However, all drill sessions must be made up in the training period in which they were missed. Make-ups will not be carried forward to the next time sequence.
